A subcontractor who reads the programme first

Commercial tiling fails on sequencing far more often than it fails on workmanship. We price the sequence, staff to it, and document it.

Programme, not best endeavours

We price against your construction programme and give you a crew count that holds it. Where a date moves, you hear it from our contracts manager before it appears on a delay notice.

Prequalified and documented

An SSSP and task analysis per site, the prequalification and insurance evidence your site requires supplied before mobilisation, and a photographic waterproofing record filed per unit or room number.

Repeatable units at volume

Prototype room signed off before production starts, then the same setting-out drawing, the same adhesive and the same crew rotation across every repeat.

Staged and night works

Live buildings get sectioned programmes, dust and noise control, out-of-hours access and a floor handed back clean and trafficable each morning.
